TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICES & PAYMENT
-
All payments are to be made in GBP (£) via Bank Transfer, Cash, or Credit/Debit Card.
-
Unless otherwise specified all invoices are due net 30 days from date of service delivered.
GUITAR TUITION BLOCK BOOKINGS
-
To receive a block booking discount, payment must be made prior to the first lesson of the block.
-
The student will receive a discount on the normal lesson rate – this will be clearly explained in communications and will vary in amount depending on the block chosen.
-
Block booking discounts are only valid for lessons taken in a single continuous block i.e. 1 lesson every week with no breaks.
-
Notification of any holidays and lesson absences to occur within the block booking period should be made prior to booking the block - where reasonable notice of upcoming holidays or absences is given, block booking discounts will still apply.
-
If the student is unable to attend the lesson, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson for the same week of the original lesson so that the block can continue uninterrupted.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
-
There may be an additional charge for travel costs where necessary – this will always be included in the tuition or service rate and explained in any communications.
CANCELLATIONS
-
Unless due to illness or other unavoidable circumstance, all Guitar Tuition cancellations should be made no less than 48 hours before the lesson start time. All lessons cancelled within this 48 hour window will incur the full charge of the lesson.
-
In the case of a block booking, this cancellation charge will be taken from any lessons remaining in the block.
-
If the student is unable to attend a lesson due to unavoidable circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson for the same week of the original lesson.
